		<description><![CDATA[<p>A little while ago, I wrote about <a href="http://rootcellarsrock.ca/2011/08/a-new-kind-of-jam/" target="_blank">my new love of herbed fruit jams</a>. So excited that I almost immediately ran to the lot at the top of my street with a paring knife and filled a paper bag with bright, tender knotweed shoots.
